The area of responsibility

What awaits you

• You are looking for acute incidents in complex IT environments of our business customers in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Using your experience and technical expertise, you and your team will develop solutions
• You contact the customer on your own and accompany him until the problem is solved
• If necessary, you will involve the manufacturer and coordinate the further vote
• You document your work in the ITIL-compliant ticket system
• You work flexibly (in coordination with colleagues) between 7 am and 8 pm
• Outside of this time, you willingness to call (maximum 1 week a month)
• You regularly train yourself personally and technically

Q Knowledge and skills

Troubleshooting experience in the following areas is desirable:

• Microsoft SQL Server from version 2012 (Standalone, Cluster, AlwaysON)
• Microsoft Azure SQL
• Microsoft Databricks
• Azure Data Factory

Ideally you have experience in the field:

• Microsoft Purview
• Micorosft Azure DevOps

In addition, you bring the following soft shots

• You work customer- and solution-oriented
• You love to fix things
• You can quickly see complex facts
• You know processes and processes within matrix organisations
• You speak and write in English and German
