Control and implementation of complex real estate projects according to the AHO performance Project-accompanying control and quality assurance of the BIM methodology on the client side Implement and develop BIM strategies and standards as well as advice on the use of BIM methods in real estate projects Internal and external advice on the application of the BIM method and implementation of our BIM basic training Participation in the internal development of our Center of Competence BIM

Successfully completed studies of engineering (fields of civil engineering, architecture or similar) Experience in the development of BIM projects – ideally in connection with project management tasks (e.g. as BIM managerin, BIM coordinatorin, project controllerin, project managerin, project engineerin, architectin, civil engineer*in or comparable) Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. HOAI, AHO, VDI 2552, DIN EN ISO 19650) Safe handling of common BIM software (e.g. Solibri, Navisworks, BIMcollab) and MS Office and MS Project Ability to combine classical project management processes with digital methods structured and practice-oriented Sovereign appearance, analytical thinking and pronounced communication and team skills BIM certification or corresponding further developments are desirable
