Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of all quality-relevant processes at the construction site
• implementation of quality instructions and communication and ensuring compliance with test plans, specifications and Guidelines by the construction site team and subcontractors
• Monitoring and documentation of tests and inspections during construction, installation and commissioning
• management of quality documentation, audit reports and Means of measurement including calibration
• Support for customers, authorities or third parties and follow-up of deficiencies and open points (punch lists)
• Analysis of quality data, recognition and follow-up Deviations and implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Participation in internal and external audits and monitoring of Compliance with quality management system on site
• Close cooperation with project, construction and subcontracting teams Ensuring time, cost and quality Project execution

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of technology, engineering or Quality management (min. Bachelor level)
• at least 5 years of experience in the field of construction site quality or operational quality assurance, ideally in energy or Infrastructure sector
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001), Construction regulations and experience as a certified auditor
• Detectable experience in change management and in complex Project environments
• Experience in process management and continuous Improvement (ideally with L6S certification)
• Experience in coordinating tests and tests
• Imprinted communication skills, rapid understanding and solution-oriented action
• willingness to work directly on site at the construction site
• Secure handling of MS Office and experience with digital Completion systems
• English and German language skills in word and writing
