Application Manager (m/w/d)

The central systems include applications for the company-wide digital workplace, including office and document management. The fields of application of the systems to be supervised are corporate productivity through Modern Way of Working, digital cooperation, information management and process automation. The document management d.velop is currently being introduced and will present the document archive in the future Technical and technical responsibility from central IT solutions over the entire life cycle from introduction to renewal Support of the project team in the introduction of document management with d.velop and in future IT projects on central applications Ensure operation and maintenance for central applications and responsibility for current and appropriate operational documentation Change and Release Management, Test Management Development and consolidation of the existing IT solution landscape Categorisation, assessment and prioritization of requirements, technical specifications Ensuring high user satisfaction Selection and monitoring of external partners and service providers Identification of potentials and weaknesses in processes and systems

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or completed studies in computer science/economic informatics/economic engineering/economics or comparable training ideally multiannual professional experience in the described field of activity and with marketable DMS systems Experience in software processes and technologies and software architectures and concepts practical experience in project management, requirements management and negotiation techniques ideally extensive experience in IT processes pronounced intercultural competence, ability of employee motivation and communication strength, coupled with decision-making and enforcement excellent knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
