As Regional Sales Manager, you drive regional sales growth and ensure the successful implementation of the global Business Field and Sales strategy. You lead, develop, and empower a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and Field Sales Executives. At least 3 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams of sales professionals and/or junior managers. 5-10 years of professional experience in the field of Sales or related area with a proven track record. Fluent in English (C1), additional languages are a plus. Professional in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and SAP CRM. Expert in consultative selling, negotiation, sales planning, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification. Skilled in balancing data, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpreting profit & loss reports. Experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
