Description To the Posistion: Extension of the existing SF team with focus on Employee Central (total of 20 colleagues) Two new lead roles and a mid/senior position planned technical control within the project team; close coordination with project management The aim is to introduce and support EC solutions to customers in the DACH region The focus is on excellent consulting, technical depth and the ability to explain solutions in business Your tasks and projects: Consulting, Conception and Implementation of SAP SF Employee Central Solutions Implementation of workshops, training and request analyses Head of (part-)projects including effort estimate and change request management Support for Presales activities and performance description Cooperation with adjacent teams (e.g. Time Management) Support for complex EC reporting and configuration issues Knowledge transfer in the team and support of less experienced colleagues: Conditions 10 % travel share (1-2 dates per month) Cars Content up to €130,000 (80/20 model) 20% variable: 70% personal goals, 30% team/business success 40-hour week 30 + 1 holiday day German and English required Area AFO HR: family culture, lots of freedom and design space

Multiannual experience in the introduction and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
