Then this role could be just the right thing for you: As Head of Category Management (m/w/d), you take the overall responsibility for purchasing, price strategy and product performance – with a direct line of report to the management and full P&L responsibility for your business unit. You actively shape the assortment, develop international supplier relationships and control data-based performance of your products.

Management & Responsibility: You lead a powerful team and bear the entrepreneurial responsibility for sales, CM1–CM3 and personnel costs. Assortment & pricing strategy: You develop and control the entire product portfolio – including margin optimization and competitiveness. Product responsibility over the life cycle: From sourcing to introduction to marketing – you think holistic and e-commerce-oriented. Supplier management: You build international partnerships, negotiate strong conditions and maintain sustainable relationships. KPI-based control: You use sales, accounting and online KPIs for data-based optimization of your range.

Multiannual experience in purchasing or category management, ideal in e-commerce or Home & Living Deep understanding of the mechanisms of online trading (product data, content, pricing, marketplaces) At least first leadership experience and team orientation Strength in negotiations, assortment control and margin optimization Very good German, good English and readiness to travel (1-2 weeks a year)
