Participation in the management and further development of the facility in technical, organizational, economic and human terms Ensuring the necessary, quality-assured and economic provision of care services Staff management, planning, and development Interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues, doctors and therapists Presentation of the institution in the public Participation in internal bodies and meetings and further education

Completed 3-year vocational training in nursing or nursing/child care and the qualification for nursing care Recognition according to § 71 para. 3 SGB XI and first professional experience from a comparable position A high level of operational readiness and enforcement and organisational capacity Representative social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees affirmation of the Christian-diaconical mission and active design of our diaconic work
