Application engineer machining / tool management software (m/f/d)

You serve and support our sales and our customers in the application of high-quality tool systems and act as technically competent contact persons in our application center. With your know-how, our customers advise you on the optimal application of our products. In addition, plan, design and run customer demos on state-of-the-art CNC machines. Together with sales, you analyze technical requirements, develop individual and innovative solutions and actively contribute to the optimization of processing processes. In addition, you will be able to support our external service directly on site with customers as well as sales partners and assist in the technical introduction of our products to optimize cutting data and production processes. Through your proximity to the market and practical application, you will recognize trends and development potentials at an early stage and bring valuable impulses to the further development of our product portfolio. Your versatile area of responsibility is rounded off by the support of trade fairs, open-house events and technical presentations.

Successfully completed technical training with further training as master or technician or similar qualifications Professional experience in application technology, preferably for tool manufacturers or companies in the fields of machine tool equipment, clamping technology or mechanical engineering Multiannual professional experience in programming, brushing and operating CNC milling machines and experience in 5-axis machining desirable, such as Sinumerik control Practical knowledge in handling a CAD/CAM system and ideally in the programs hyperMILL or ESPRIT Good knowledge of English Self-employed and entrepreneurial thinking and working methods and customer-oriented basic attitude Contact gratitude, communication strength and safe customer appearance
