In order to best establish the commercial processes for further development, an industry-driven head of finance and controlling (m/w/d) is sought.

With the team currently consisting of five employees, which is reinforced in a perspective manner during the course of expansion, you are responsible for all commercial processes. With your team, you will create transparency in terms of costs and services, cover contributions and provide essential foundations (KPIs) for managing the company and possible optimization approaches in production and sales. In close coordination with the business units, you plan the budget as well as the liquidity, create the regular reports and are business reviews savings partners for the management. They manage financial accounting and are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements. In this context, you are the contact person for tax advisors and auditors. As part of the expansion, our customer invests in Germany and abroad, where you make a significant contribution with your know-how during investment planning. They support projects to continuously improve the processes and structures in the company.

After a successfully completed commercial study, you have already gained well-founded experience in the entire commercial theme complex of an internationally established industrial company, ideally in the process industry. They bring comprehensive controlling know-how, in particular in the fields of production and sales, and are highly familiar with financial accounting and external accounting as a commercial generalist. Even if you are in the “second row” today and do not have the overall responsibility for the commercial processes and are now looking for the next step, we are pleased with your interest. They are IT-affin and shipped with standard applications, ERP systems and BI tools. You are both highly conceptual and high-reaction.
