Regulatory Affairs Senior Consultant Food & Cosmetics (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant Regulatory Affairs - Food & Cosmetics, you advise manufacturers and brand owners on bringing food supplements and cosmetic products to market in compliance with applicable law. Your work spans the full regulatory lifecycle: from assessing the legal status of products and ingredients, preparing and translating mandatory labelling, and supporting product dossiers and safety assessments, through to managing procedures for foods, cosmetics, and novel food approvals. You prepare expert opinions on strategic regulatory questions, support due diligence projects, and take on international project management responsibilities in collaboration with consulting partners within the regulanet® network. Product Documentation and Approval Processes Preparation and translation of mandatory label information for food and cosmetics Support in the preparation of product dossiers, as well as safety assessments and product information files for cosmetics Support in notification procedures for foods, cosmetics and novel food approvals Regulatory Compliance and Advisory Regulatory support for manufacturers and companies placing food (especially food supplements) or cosmetics on the market Advice on the legal status of products and ingredients Strategic assessment of regulatory issues in the field of food and cosmetics as well as preparation of expert opinions Due Diligence in the field of food and cosmetics International Collaboration and Project Management International project management Collaboration with consulting partners within the regulanet® network

Degree as a state-certified food chemist (m/f/d) with completion of second state examination And/or several years of experience in the area of food and/or cosmetics consultancy Excellent knowledge of food and cosmetics regulations Fluent in English Knowledge of other languages is of advantage Solid knowledge of MS Office
