Your tasks:

Study structure: The theoretical phases (semester) of the Bachelor's degree programme will be completed at the Technical University of Hamburg (Harburg). In the lecture-free period, your work is done with us in the company. Study content: Learn how to plan, control and optimize complex technical systems. The basic subjects in the core study are mechanics, manufacturing technology, engineering teaching, computer science, materials science, thermodynamics, electrical engineering, fluid mechanics, measurement and control technology, mathematics and business management. In addition, your soft skills and management skills are supported in additional modules. Introduction: At the beginning of the dual study, you will get to know the company in a two-month learning phase. Theory practice Link: In the practical phases, you will learn about the operational activities of the fields of process and production technology, development, construction, laboratory and test field, production planning and quality and lean management in the exciting environment of an international group. Project management and independent work: They will be closely involved in technical projects and will independently process and lead them with increasing experience (development of products and production processes, investment planning, process improvements etc.).

Your profile:

School degree: You have successfully completed your Abitur (although) or have a corresponding professional qualification which meets the requirement for enrollment at TU HH. Science: They have good knowledge of mathematics and physics. Motivation: They are inspiring for technical relationships and for the production of industrial goods. Personal strengths: are communicative, appreciate teamwork and work on a targeted and independent basis. Language knowledge: your German language skills in word and writing are at least at level C1. You can also express yourself clearly and convincingly in English. IT knowledge: You have experience in handling MS Offices applications and also ideally have further experience in using IT tools.
