Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Research and Development Team (F&E) Definition of technological strategies and objectives and cascades into relevant R&E disciplines Planning and coordination of all ongoing and avized technology and development projects Continuous securing of innovations through vision, introduction and protection of new technologies and the development of new product solutions for aerosol measurement technology Defining and monitoring development standards (including systems engineering) Change Management and Optimization of R&D Processes, Methods and Tools with Employees and Stakeholders Responsibility of personnel, cost and investment planning Intensive cooperation with departments of the DURAG Group Further development of employees to ensure high motivation and qualification

You have a completed (FH/university) study of natural or engineering sciences or comparable They have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of R&D in professional and disciplinary leadership Technical expertise in the development of measuring instruments as industrial series products Analytical and Structured Thinking Power Coupled with Strategic-Operating Skills High understanding also in technically complex situations You have a high level of argumentation and prove implementation strength Their communication strength as well as independent working and team skills complete their profile You have basic programming skills and experience in handling ERP systems Very good knowledge of German and English You will enjoy developing a team
