Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad ConsultingGuidePK. Here you work with 20 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You develop innovative, customer-friendly and competitive solutions around the ConsultingGuide Privatkunde - the further development of cooperative consulting - including our financial check - a tool for self-consultation for the bank customers. You want to develop ideas and processes together with the banks and understand how we can best support our customers. A focus of your activity lies in the analysis and market observation for the early detection of new requirements, trends, potentials and innovative product ideas incl. the evaluation of AI applications and their integration. You develop technical concepts and implement features in line with the product owners of the subcontracting teams. In order to make our applications and services better every day, you bring your knowledge into further development, are an active part in an agile team and are committed to overarching themes.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or business management as well as many years of relevant professional experience in the context of digital banking processes or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the management of multidisciplinary (partial) projects. You have a very good understanding of the construction/departure organisation of a bank as well as of market and direct banks and their requirements, as well as a deep technical and technical knowledge on the subject of ''Communal advice''. Ideally, you have knowledge of the cooperative finance group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and have a profound understanding of customer needs and behaviour in the increasingly digitized world. You have knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level).
