Be part of our global team: You make the difference – YOUMAKEUS As part of the customer service of Daimler Buses GmbH, we are on the side of our customers, subsidiaries, general representatives and service partners worldwide. Our common goal is to competently accompany technical questions and create solutions that ensure the reliable operation of our vehicles – both on the road and in the service. The advertised position is located in the Team Customer Service Operations (MCC-O) – a central component within the customer service. We are responsible for all issues relating to corrective measures for delivered vehicles as well as the warranty and culmination processing (GuK) in case of defect claims. We combine strategic vision with operational implementation. Our task field includes: the development and maintenance of guidelines and regulations, the continuous development of our processes and systems, and the operational implementation of all measures in the context of correction and warranty processes.

WAS DICH ERWARTETAdvancement of IT systems & tools Continuous further development of existing IT systems and tools used for ensuring and tackling new technologies (e.g. AI) and potentials for digitization and automation

Design and optimization of processes & methods Continuous further development of the GuK processes taking into account new requirements (e.g. due to changes in the product range) and stakeholder interests.

Harmonization of processes Introducing the harmonisation of processes, methods and rules of Daimler Buses GmbH with the remaining divisions of Daimler Truck AG

Requirement management and resource management Bringing together and prioritizing the requirements from the central and the markets as well as implementing the interests of Daimler Buses GmbH in the cross-species voting rounds of Daimler Truck AG

Construction and control of a KPI-based GuK controller Development, maintenance and automation of key figures, limit values and evaluation methods for global monitoring of the GuK ash and deriving appropriate measures

You bring with you: A completed study of the field of economic engineering, business management, economic informatics or a comparable field of study with Experience in designing, modeling and building processes, methods and tools

Very good process understanding and abstraction

IT-Affinity and ability to acquire new tools independently

Multiannual experience in managing and controlling classical and agile (IT‐)projects

Designed analytical, strategic and conceptual competence

Language knowledge: English/German
