Whether our ERP solution (iX-HAUS) and its connections to Microsoft 365, Azure, AI-based automations or new infrastructure concepts – you take responsibility for our solutions. Together with our system houses and our internal IT team, you enter our applications, solve problems / errors and develop them further. You take a role that Wentzel Dr. also advances technologically step by step.

Application support: You are responsible for our ERP solutions. These are the core of our company and want to be constantly evolving together with an agile team. User support: acceptance of fault messages (tickets) and help by remote maintenance or on site. Our employees are only as effective as You provide solutions around our computer. Responsibility for IT projects: Within our solutions we continuously develop in the form of projects. You accompany them together with our system houses and continually optimize our applications. Documentation: In addition to the pure documentation of solutions to problems, you also take responsibility for the development and documentation of new ideas and solutions.

Education: A completed vocational training in the IT sector is the classic foundation. You like to work in solutions and want to discover new ones. At least 2 years of professional experience. Cross entry: An entry is also possible without IT training if you bring a pronounced IT affinity, good technical understanding and experience in dealing with Windows and MS Office. Knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge in common operating systems, have experience with ticket and CRM systems. Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of the real estate industry. Soft Skills: You have strong communication skills and a strong service orientation for direct employee support as well as fluent German skills (at least C1). Responsibility is obvious to you: you work independently, coordinate projects and consistently bring topics to the goal.
