Your tasks with us:

• Holiday planning/employeee planning
• Determination and management of KPI/productivity figures
• Process optimization
• Training of employees and leadership of the respective team
• Loading of trucks by industrial trucks
• Filling of shipping documents and parcel allocation by scanner
• Coordination of pickup with different forwardings
• Packaging and booking of completed orders/packages in the system

Take this with you:

• Multiannual professional experience in the field of shipping and experience in team management
• Valid forklift and experience in loading trucks
• Good understanding of numbers
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and computer skills
• Flexibility and readiness for shift work (2-shift operation)
• Self-employed and committed work
