As a competent contact person for all questions regarding statutory health insurance You can easily get our insured at our two locations in Gera and Jena. With your all-round good care, you can help our insurers personally at our two service points in Jena and Gera. In doing so, you will receive requests, requests and critical questions and will always point to an optimal problem solution. Your first-class service enables you to continuously build customer relationships. You are in close cooperation with colleagues from sales and the various competence centres (Second Level). As part of the recommendation management, you promote the recovery of insured persons and contacts. In addition, you are proactively approaching our members by phone and support customer retention measures in the form of campaigns.
