Their tasks: You develop and implement innovative energy services – from idea to successful implementation. You advise private and business customers individually on energy efficiency measures and find tailor-made solutions for their buildings and needs. You create individual refurbishment plans (iSFP) as well as cost-effectiveness analyses and support the application of funding (KfW, BAFA). You develop energy and sustainability concepts and create energetic proofs for residential and non-residential buildings – both in the new building and in the existing building. You carry out heating load calculations as well as construction-physical proofs and accompany our customers on site at the construction site during energy implementation. Your profile: Complete studies as a utility or electrical engineer, civil engineer, architect (m/w/d) or a qualification as a technician or master (m/w/d) in the field of technical building equipment or construction crafts – comparable qualifications are also welcome. Ideally certified energy consultant according to §88 GEG (m/w/d) for residential and/or non-residential buildings – alternatively, we will be happy to support you in continuing training. First practical experience in planning and implementing sustainable building projects. Openness for continuous training, to keep up-to-date professionally.
