Multiannual experience in disposition (national & international), ideally in a forwarding First or multi-year experience in managing employees Impressive understanding of the market, prices and capacity of land transport Hands-on mentality as well as joy in actively participating in the daily business High customer and result orientation Communication strength and secure English knowledge Affinity for IT systems / TMS
