Company profile Our customer, a renowned company in the field of mechanical engineering, is looking for an IT supporter (m/w/d) that supports the team in the daily support of the IT infrastructure. Tasks

Processing of requests in 1st and 2nd level support, both by phone and on site. Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware such as PCs, laptops and printers. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Error diagnosis and solution of hardware and software problems. Support for rollouts and system updates.

Requirements profile

Complete IT training or first practical experience in IT support. Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mode of operation. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
