We are a powerful foundry in the southwest of Germany with currently approx. 100 employees and draw from more than 75 years of experience. Using modern manufacturing and management techniques, we offer our customers customised casting solutions, from raw material to ready-to-install components. Our customers mainly come from general mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, the lock and fitting industry and the Wehrtechnik. The tasks in this area include all the work carried out on the various induction melting plants, such as 150 kg furnace, 50 kg furnace and rollover furnaces. This includes melting and laying of all steel qualities obtained, such as insert steels, tool steels, stainless steel grades, grey and sphero casting, and aluminum and bronze casting. In addition, the break-out and bulging of the casting pans and casting furnaces, the aid during casting and other work arising in this area are part of the activity.
