Description This is your new task As a customer service provider (d/w/m) in the interior service, you are the central contact person for our customers and are instrumental in understanding their needs and finding suitable solutions. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Advice and sales: Take the technical advice of our customers regarding our range, work out product solutions and actively support recommendations on alternative and additional products Offer creation: Create and calculate offers and conduct consultations with our customers: Order acceptance: accept orders and inquiries both by phone and via our ordering platform Care for customer relationships: Exchange regularly with your team about new customer developments and strengthen the tie of our customers:

Qualifications That's what you bring Completed commercial, technical or electrotechnical training Joy in selling and dealing with customers Team and communication skills Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and English (min. A2) Sales experiences in customer contact and first MS office knowledge are advantageous
