Location: Kassel Hybrid, DE You shape change – with us in the technical maintenance team. As a service engineer*in, you take responsibility for complex reconstruction and maintenance projects and make sure that our building-technical systems are operated reliably, efficiently and sustainably.

Project Responsibility: You plan, control and implement sophisticated maintenance and remodeling projects in the field of supply technology – with a focus on refrigeration, ventilation, heating and sanitary facilities Team coordination: You conduct interdisciplinary project teams from internal departments, external service providers and authorities – from the first idea to the successful implementation Operational safety: You ensure the legally safe and economical operational capability of our technical equipment through your projects – with maximum availability Efficiency enhancement: You develop measures to optimize energy efficiency, sustainability and cost-effectiveness – including feasibility studies and decision templates Rule compliance: You take into account relevant technical regulations and regulations (VDI, DIN, HOAI, VOB, etc.) and ensure their compliance with the project
