Your tasks As part of our Deal Management& Execution team in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Munich, you accompany complex business transformations - from carve-outs to post-merger integration to joint ventures - and actively shape transactions of all sizes. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in the development of integration or Carve-out strategies as well as defining and implementing detailed plans and implementation concepts in all corporate and corporate functions Support in the analysis of cost structures and development of programs for cost reduction and performance improvement Participation in transactional interfaces to the separation and integration life cycle: target definition, value creation, due diligence, conceptual preparation, implementation and conclusion With the help of creating offers for potential customers, e.g. through secondary research Support our national and international clients:in your role as a member of functional and industry-related and regional teams

This position shall be taken from September 2025.

Your skill set Current bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Economic Engineering with a focus/specialisation in Strategy and Transaction Consulting First relevant practical experience and safe handling of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C2)
