Property Manager (m/w/d) Construction Maintenance for the management of our southern CHEFS CULINAR wholesale properties

In order to strengthen our construction department, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for the central administration of Kiel at the next possible date

Care and central contact persons of our properties in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Austria in coordination with the branch managers (main activity is carried out from Kiel during occasional travel activities to the corresponding locations) Planning, commissioning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance measures partly in close cooperation with the internal construction department and our home technicians in the properties Coordination and occasional support of experts and expert examinations Acquisition of new buildings in construction Persecution of warranty claims according to VOB Auditing/delivery

Master/Techniker/Fachwirt or Ingenieur (m/w/d) from the field of building technology, electrical engineering, supply technology, refrigeration, civil engineering, building management, etc. Experience in the maintenance and/or maintenance of commercial buildings safe handling of MS Office and CAFM software independent and result-oriented operation Class B driving licence and regional readiness (3 days/month - flexible self-planned)
