You perform requirements analysis: You analyze the needs of our customers and develop technical specifications You are leadership: You take the responsibility and leadership of a team of 4 to 5 employees You develop applications and interface designs: You design and develop new applications and extension modules with user-friendly interfaces You participate in the design process: You bring your ideas into interdisciplinary teams to create innovative software solutions You realize IT projects: You conduct complex IT projects, including planning and resource management You cooperate with release management and support: You work closely with release management and support customer support You integrierst functional changes: You seamlessly integrate new functions and extensions into existing systems

You have knowledge of 4D development and at least 1 year of professional experience in this field You ideally have a completed IT degree or a training as a specialist:in You have knowledge of common 4D plugins, 4D Write Pro and ORDA You have good knowledge of SQL-based databases and web technologies (soap; HTML; XML; PHP; JavaScript etc.) You are interested in working on new topics and converting existing solutions We are looking for personalities, not just qualifications.
