THE HAVE YOUR SIGHS

• In your role as a production worker (m/w/d) you support the employees in the packaging of baked goods and ensure the proper provision of the materials
• In addition, you act as a production aid (m/w/d) in the operation and easy monitoring of production lines and ensure smooth operation
• Your area of responsibility includes sorting, controlling and packaging of products according to predetermined quality requirements
• In addition, you take over supporting activities in cleaning the plants and in simple setup processes within production
• In addition, pay attention to order and cleanliness in the work area and work according to the applicable hygiene regulations in the area of food production at Bahlsen

• A completed training is not necessary for the work as a production worker (m/w/d) in Varel, as you are fully incorporated.
• Ideally, you already have first practical experience as a production aid in food production (m/w/d) or in packaging, production or logistics
• You have basic knowledge of German at least level A2 to understand work instructions and to communicate in the team
• A careful and attentive procedure helps you reliably implement simple production steps and quality controls
• It is also easy for you to insert yourself into recurring processes and work closely with colleagues along the production line.
