Operational and administrative support of management, responsibility for efficient, holistic office management Pre- and post-processing of meetings, including protocols and presentations, planning and coordination of appointments, travels and internal processes Active cooperation on internal projects and preparation of evaluations and decision templates Contact and consulting partners for executives and employees along the entire Employee Lifecycle Control of all recruiting activities in close cooperation with the departments Personally responsible support of personal-relevant processes such as recruiting, onboarding and personal administration according to the requirements of the Drector Human Resources Germany Support for personnel development and training initiatives

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies, ideally focusing on personnel management First experience in assistance function and/or operational personnel work Training certificate (AEVO) desirable Empathic, communication-strong personality that has joy in working with people Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is beneficial Self-contained, structured and reliable operation with pronounced hands-on mentality High loyalty and discretion combined with a professional and sovereign appearance Loadable, organized and team-oriented – even in dynamic situations
