Project Manager TGA - Frankfurt location (m/f/d)

Would you like to realize sophisticated building projects with state-of-the-art building equipment? You take responsibility for the successful implementation from the planning to the construction site in terms of time, cost-effectiveness and quality. You are happy to work in the team with colleagues from planning, tendering and awarding as well as in the execution with the construction site team of Roh- und Montage and think beyond the plate edge of the whole. You will then be right at the ZENTRALEN TECHNIK for all topics related to construction. After intensive incorporation by experienced colleagues, you take over the electrical project management in the area of Frankfurt with larger turnkey construction orders from order assignment to successful commissioning and acceptance. Your tasks are: Management of the entire project execution in the area of TGA (HLSK-E-MSR) with the necessary quality, time and cost control over all project phases Control of TGA technical planning and external experts Technical evaluation of planning documents and participation in optimization Support for tendering and awarding of contractors responsible management of a construction site team of several construction managers as part of the execution at the building site  coordination with all other project managers of R & D; Negotiations with builders, tenants, planners, authorities, experts and contractors Monitoring compliance with building standards, regulations and quality guidelines Ensuring the contractual implementation of the GU and the NU contracts clarification of performance changes and the resulting supplementary offers Coordination of commissioning, acceptance and transfer to the client and operator

Complete study of building technology/supply technology, training as a technician or as a master/master installer and heater master:in At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position Very good knowledge of technical regulations (VDE, VDI, DIN) and of building and contract law (LBO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) Secure handling of popular MS Office applications as well as CAD and AVA programs Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High communication readiness Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
