Our client is a renowned project developer with a focus on housing and quarter development in Germany. With a variety of challenging projects in different stages of development and implementation, the company develops sustainable urban spaces with project sizes of up to 1,000 housing units. In the course of the further expansion and the successful implementation of a high-quality project pipeline, we are looking for an entrepreneurially shaped management personality (m/w/d), which strategically develops the Construction Management (building implementation) sector and is responsible for the implementation of complex large-scale projects.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Construction Management (Construction Implementation) Total responsibility for the realization of large-volume housing and quarter development Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives across the entire project portfolio Strategic management of procurement and procurement processes to general contractors and project partners Management and coordination of external planners, project controllers, consultants and construction companies Construction and development of structures, processes and standards Management of resource and capacity planning within the team and development of employees in responsibility

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in construction management, project management or in construction control Detectable experience in the realization of large-volume housing or quarter development projects Funded knowledge in tendering, awarding, contracting and follow-up management Safe handling of cost, appointment and quality management of complex construction projects Representative leadership, communication and negotiation strength Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods High responsibility for ownership and decision-making
