master data management tool (including time recording) Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Management of absences Creation of monthly statistics and HR reporting Planning and implementation of the BEM procedure Creation of work contracts and management of all contracts Preparation and maintenance of the payroll bill in cooperation with the Payroll department Creating all certificates Implementation of various HR projects Planning and implementation of occupational medical examinations as well as management training and maintenance of training centres

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on personnel Multiannual experience in a similar position in the HR environment Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge Embossed social competence and a good sense of numbers Experience in handling KPIs and their evaluation Organisational strength and a structured and independent way of working Analytical thinking combined with a solution-oriented attitude Communication strength and willingness to introduce new ideas
