Our client is a family-run, internationally active group of companies with approx. 800 qualified and dedicated employees. It is successfully moving in the areas of automotive engineering, plant engineering and mechanical engineering. At the closest possible time, she is looking for a motivated and active financial account holder / account holder (m/w/d).

Your tasks with us – actively shape our finances with: Responsibility for day-to-day operations: You take over the independent control and execution of our entire debitor and creditor accounting and support our team valuable in the field of asset accounting Precise document and invoice processing: With your attention to detail, you will ensure the quality assurance and timely accounting of all business incidents – both through modern, digital workflows and in proven processes Friction-free liquidity & payment management: You always keep our payment receipts in mind and ensure the timely and correct processing of all payment transactions to our partners and suppliers Valuable interface for distribution: In Mahnwesen you work hand in hand and at eye level with our sales team to ensure professional and at the same time value-assuring customer communication Guarantee for Compliance & Tax Reporting: You take over the sovereign, timely and legally secure transmission of all relevant tax and statistical reports to the relevant authorities

We look forward to your profile: Funded foundation: You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial merchant or tax specialist) A further education on the account book holder is a wonderful plus, but no need! Valuable practical experience: You bring at least three years of experience in accounting – ideally from an industrial company – and feel at home in numerical worlds Digital know-how: The handling of SAP (FI) and the common MS Office applications is for you everyday life and gives you pleasure Communication strength: You express themselves safely and sympatheticly in both German and English and appreciate the exchange in the team Your personality: You work precisely, structured and with real attention to detail.
