These are your tasks: Compilation of market-oriented borrowing and transport value assessments for residential and commercial properties including object visits / building control Examination and plausibility of external assessments and valuations Documentation and assessment of credit collateral in accordance with regulatory requirements Care and development of evaluation processes and standards Support in the context of credit decisions through relieving value Close cooperation with the market and the success of the market Credit in the design of financing projects Monitoring the economic development of credit customers and early identification of risks

Take this with you: Completed bank or real estate training – e.g. bank businessman/wife, real estate businessman/wife or comparable Ideally an additional qualification in the real estate assessment (e.g. vdp certification, HypZert or comparable) – or the willingness to further develop into this area First experience in valuation or real estate analysis desirable Good knowledge of relevant regulatory principles (BelWertV, ImmoWertV etc.) High self-responsibility and a solution-oriented, structured operation
