For our Hamburg location we are looking for you to support our team. You are the hub for your tax team and competently support all tasks in everyday office. Your tasks include classic secretarial tasks, such as the processing of documents, the completion of post-in and exit, the takeover of tasks associated with the use of a document management system, and support for ongoing projects and billing preparation. You take the travel organization and create presentations and offers. In addition, you will participate in the preparation of annual accounts reports. You are strong in communication and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.

You have completed a corresponding vocational training or have made a comparable training or further training and have a secure handling of EDV programs, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint? You are service-oriented and see your professional future in a varied area of responsibility? Professional experience in a tax consultancy office is not required and no prior knowledge of the industry-standard systems is required. We offer extensive training.
