The family-run 4-star Superior Wellness Hotel Panoramahotel Oberjoch in Bad Hindelang opened in 2012. Head of reception and reservation at Panoramahotel Oberjoch Administrative tasks (service and holiday planning, cash settlement of all departments) Ensuring a smooth process at reception and in reservation using created SOPs Coordination and implementation of our complaint management Front & Back Office support Acceptance, processing and control of incoming individual reservations in compliance with yield management strategies Control and sale of available rooms with the aim of achieving optimal results in occupancy and average rate according to Revenue strategy Close cooperation with Revenue Management and the Front Office from all Lerch Houses Daily maintenance and updating of all internal and external systems, channel managers and Internet portals Designing and implementing the sales and pricing strategy Optimization of the cross-selling process (Kulinarik, Spa, Events and Additional Services) New employees & Azubis Close cooperation with all departments such as housekeeping, R&B and spa
