Group Vice President – Controlling (m/f/d)

As an integral part of the Executive Leadership team, you report directly to the Executive Board, decisively shape corporate governance and ensure that decisions are made on a resilient, future-oriented data and process basis. You develop systems, structures and processes consistently and create an environment in which rationality, transparency and accountability are lived principles. Its task is to set both operational and strategic control impulses – through predictive rolling forecasting, financial evaluations as well as robust planning mechanisms and a long-term perspective on the performance of the business. You anchor clear ownership structures, define unique transfer points and create process landscapes that the company successfully lead to the introduction of SAP S/4HANA. As a real business partner, you understand the performance drivers of the organization and the levers that can achieve sustainable results. You accompany employees and internal customers alike, promote efficiency in production and create orientation by providing a motivating target image.

With this responsible task, we address experienced managers who, following a successful degree in business management, economic engineering, or comparable to controlling, have a well-founded experience in a comparable position with internationally operating and producing industrial companies. We are looking for a strong personality who asks questions, recognizes change needs and addresses them with diplomatic strength as well as clear enforcement power. You bring a strong transfer capacity, high flexibility and joy in transferring responsibility to your team – around ten direct employees and functionally assigned teams in the subsidiaries – and taking an exemplary leadership role. Communication strength, willingness to design and a positive, forward-looking mindset. Their leadership combines motivation with demand – without micromanagement, but with a clear target orientation. You have knowledge of English, a certain readiness to travel and the willingness to go for essential topics of the proverbial extra mile. .
