The management and implementation of complex and innovative construction projects (new construction and inventory), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. A wide range of technical projects, from feasibility studies to large-scale projects, both for private and public contractors, forms a substantial part of our portfolio. We are looking for your project expertise in object monitoring with focus in the KG300. Become part of our growing teams at the Munich site and at the Penzberg project location. Responsibility for the construction monitoring of construction projects at KG 300 incl. Date control, cost control and quality assurance Interface coordination between the building structures and the technical structures Possible takeover of tasks of the internal subproject management (including disposition, quality assurance, risk management, budget) Maintaining customer relationships and networking in the region Participation in tendering and award processes

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification as master or technician Professional experience in building management or object monitoring Safe handling of the VOB, HOAI as well as the rules of technology Willingness to take over responsibility and travel to the construction sites on site in the Metropolitan Region Munich Fun in dealing with different people, teams and tasks
