Expert Accounting in the Finance Team (m/f/d)

As an experienced and committed expert on accounting (m/w/d), you are a key/contact person for complex accounting issues and for our specialist areas on complex technical issues. Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Self-employed and on-time production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and for the Tax-Ledger Ensuring the correct booking of tax-relevant facts Implementation of complex accounts and accounting provisions (e.g. latent taxes, leasing according to IFRS 16, provisions, impairment losses) clarification and documentation of complex, new or balance-sheet issues Advising the management and other departments on accounting issues Own-responsible implementation of votes and result documentation within the internal control system (IKS), daily and monthly votes Self-employed handling of error messages (Incidents) and change requests (Change Requests) as part of maintenance activities Timely and correct creation of the Accounting Controls for the Group headquarters in Turin and Paris Reliable maintenance of the account frame and the master accounts in the General Ledger (CRFS) Sale of receivables for end-customer business (financing/leaning) Responsibility for fulfilling the Service Level Agreement with the CA Insurance Service with reference to Active cooperation in the further development and optimization of accounting and accounting processes to increase efficiency and quality, as well as to update the procedural instructions in compliance with statutory regulations and corporate regulations participation as an accounting expert in company-wide projects, in particular in the introduction of new products/cooperation partners or new processes (NPA); These include, among other things, the creation of specialist concept / business requirements, the design of new booking logics and parameterizations for CRFS, the implementation of test activities and test documentation, as well as the acceptance and monitoring after productive acceptance Conducting complex coordination between General Ledger, BA, BS, MIS, Master Finance, CDFS and TAGETIK as well as analysis of differences Sparring partner for the Regulatory Experts in Turin with regard to Matrix Flows as well as booking complex issues related to receivable sales in coordination with the Group headquarters to ensure correct matrix flows Creating and supporting new team members In the case of representation Ensure the correct and timely delivery of the UST pre-registration and the latent tax calculation (representation for head/in taxes) In the case of representation Ensuring domestic reporting (representation for expert/in reporting) Contact person for auditors, internal audit and colleagues in Turin
