We are looking for a full-time or part-time at the next time Information Security Coordinator (m/w/d) Your work area As an internal service provider, the IT business unit is responsible for the highly available and secure operation of all IT processes used in the company. In order to meet the growing challenges with regard to the security of our IT systems and processes, we operate a management system for information security (ISMS) and have already successfully completed §8a tests according to BSIG several times. As an information security coordinator (w/m/d), you will be supported by an external information security officer (CISO) with many years of experience in this field. You will be primary contact in the company for all matters of information security and will take care of the further development of the ISMS and BCM as well as its compliance. You work closely with the IT leadership team, the CISO and the internal data protection coordinator. Your duties First contact in the company regarding IT security and interface to the CISO Maintenance and continuous improvement of existing ISMS Development and monitoring of business continuity strategies and plans (BCM) Organisation and preparation of meetings (Information Security Committee, annual management review on the effectiveness of ISMS for management) Organisation and preparation of audits (internal and external information security audits) Implementation of document reviews Organisation and participation in the implementation of annual awareness training for executives (together with the CISO) Implementation of monthly awareness training for employees (together with the data protection coordinator) Training on IT emergency plans and organization of IT emergency exercises Reporting risks to CISO and participation in the assessment of risks Tracking risks reported in IT risk management and support in obtaining risk treatment decisions Support in the processing of IT-related incidents Participation in the Jour Fix of the IT leadership team (CAB) Your profile Complete studies in the field of IT, information security, health informatics or comparable qualifications Knowledge of relevant requirements from B3S, ISO 27001, BSIG, NIS-2 or willing to acquire them Representative responsibility and reliability Sovereign communication with different professional groups and hierarchical levels High social competence and team skills Knowledge of project management and IT processes desirable Your perspectives Compensation according to TVöD-K/VKA with occupational pension An unlimited contract in full or part-time A pleasant working atmosphere in a highly motivated team Extensive possibilities for further education and training on the Leo Academie Beneficiary membership in the gym (Reha-City-Park) as part of the company's health promotion Exclusive employee discounts at renowned companies beyond the region Staff at reduced prices in the restaurant Beneficiary job ticket for public transport Possibility of transferring a service bicycle for payment conversion after the trial period Personal planning with a time value account.
