The Directorate Freiburg is looking for an object management team in the field of (inland) services of the Bundeswehr at the workplace of Ulm: Construction Manager (m/d) (debate group 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG; as well as – if the conditions exist – the possibility of a specialist allowance, identification: FRFM2383, Stellen‐ID 1344752) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Perception of ownership interests in non-military and military construction measures Cooperation with the relevant regional construction administration Priority planning within the framework of construction maintenance Preparation and implementation of the award of construction services Accounting and Processing Activities related to the collection of maintenance deficiencies in properties Working with the development of concepts for eliminating maintenance constraints Collection of all relevant data and funding in SAP Consumption and processing of claims from the Bundeswehr

Qualification: completed technical (special)high school studies (bachelor or diploma with as good result as possible) in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, construction / real estate (with technical focus) or comparable technical qualification Competences: as professional experience as possible in the construction management (corresponding to the performance phases after the HOAI) Knowledge of rental and general contract law, environmental and old load law, public building law (in particular RBBau) and construction planning law are desirable sound knowledge and practical experience in the use of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in SAP ERP 6.0 is desirable or willingness to acquire knowledge in the SAP-based specialist procedure BALIMA at short notice Further requirements: Ability to independent economic thinking and work, cooperation and team work Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Reliability, negotiation skills, persuasiveness and safe occurrence good expressiveness in word and writing readiness for the safety review pursuant to § 9 para. 1 No. 3 SÜG (Sabotage Protection Review), which may also include the spouse/living partner.
