Master craftsman/technician as plant manager in ceramics production (m/w/d)

In the fourth generation, the company is successfully family-run. With about 180 employees, we produce ceramic products that are distributed worldwide on fully automatic production plants. We continuously develop new product trends and innovative production processes for both indoor and outdoor areas. Many colleagues have been employed at the Ransbach-Baumbach site for decades. We value trusting and long-term cooperation. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a master/technician as a factory manager in ceramic production (m/w/d).

A plant manager is responsible for the entire production process in his plant. From shaping to drying to the burning result of the articles he has to plan, maintain, control and test. In addition to the responsibility for all plants, he is responsible for the staff employed. Staff training, promotion, training and motivation are part of his extensive tasks. He is the first contact person for the concerns of the employees working in his area. He also ensures: the development and implementation of economic evaluations and the development and implementation of optimization approaches

Master or technician in the technical field (e.g. master in the field of industrial mechanics or plant engineering) Knowledge in ceramic production, preferably in industry, are advantageous Knowledge of quality management and safety regulations First leadership experiences Knowledge of cost controlling and ERP software Willingness to take responsibility
