Supporting the requirement manager for technical and regulatory requirements for the applications and interfaces in the insurance business. Supporting the request manager in the documentation of the work processes in conjunction with the associated software modules Developing test concepts with the department Conduct and documentation of the test Support in the introduction of new modules in the department Implementation of appropriate training for the department In the case of free time resources, you are actively involved in the processing of accounts in the team (contributions, processing of DRV applications and notifications, account management (debitor accounts), dunning). Technical support of the team Information and advice Representation of other key users from the insurance business

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience in comparable positions Knowledge of business process modelling and optimization Basic knowledge of software development and customizing the software used Experiences with SAP, preferably FS-CD, XFT and HCM Ability to think process-oriented and abstract as well as to develop problem solutions comprehensive expertise of the tasks of the Account clarification team and of the business processes there or the willingness to acquire them a structured and concentrated procedure Development of workflows Team players with high customer and service orientation, even in stress situations (= good cooperation and communication with the associated departments) Ability to explain difficult facts in a comprehensible way Safe handling of the EDV, in particular with MS-Office products, is a prerequisite
