Ambient leadership personality with communication and implementation strength as well as analytical thinking and structured working Innovation spirit and technical curiosity Successfully completed technical studies focusing on electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable degree Professional and leadership experience in industry or in scientific institutions with industry-oriented orientation (e.g. University, Fraunhofer Institute) Very good knowledge of electrical drive technology (mechanical and electrical design) and in simulation Knowledge of common development tools Experience in project management Good knowledge of German and English
