Customer service IT - Support 15.50 € (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Telephone and written support for IT requests from our customers: • First error analysis and solution of standard problems • Redirecting complex IT requests to the departments • Documentation of requests and solutions in the ticket system • Advice on IT services and processes

Your qualifications: • Experience in IT support or comparable activity of advantage • Technical understanding and joy in working with IT systems • Communication strength and service-oriented operation • Structured and solution-oriented thinking • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
