Static & Construction Department: You are responsible for the holistic control of the Static - Maststatik & Foundations in Freileitungsbau as well as the Technical Team Bau für Ingenieurdienstleistungen im Umspannwerksbau. Control your teams across Germany and strategically align all units to our High Voltage business objectives Customer Management, Business Development & Innovation: As the first contact for our customers in the German-speaking region, you are responsible for the management of tenders and contract negotiations. At the same time, you are driving forward the strategic development of the department and boosting innovation in order to sustainably strengthen competitiveness and sustainability. Technical excellence, standards & innovation: You control the technical quality assurance in mast statistics, start-up planning and the constructional implementation of substations. Together with the team leaders, you continuously develop standards, processes and methods, and inspire modern technologies as well as AI solutions to increase efficiency, quality and sustainability in a sustainable manner. Cross-company cooperation: You shape the close cooperation between the Statik team and the Freileitungsbau business unit as well as the Bauingenieurservices team and the Umspannwerksbau business unit. Technique expert: Complete studies in civil engineering, mechanical engineering with deepening in construction engineering, statics or in energy infrastructure construction, alternatively a comparable qualification Energy infrastructure: You have a well-founded experience in statics, construction project management and the management of complex infrastructure projects including Project and risk management Leadership & Organisational Strength: You bring multi-annual experience in leadership, development and building powerful teams – ideally across locations. You can structure different specialist teams, align them clearly and establish a performance-oriented and motivating work culture. Entrepreneurial thinking & communication: Experience in budgetary responsibility and a pronounced economic understanding allow you to manage projects economically safely. With your strong communication and negotiation capabilities, you convince in exchange with customers and partners in the German-speaking region and are flexible in cooperation at the Langen, Essen sites as well as with Germany-wide customer appointments. Innovation & technical understanding: You combine sound technical know-how with a strong innovation set. Experience with digital tools as well as AI-assisted applications in planning and calculation is advantageous and is actively developed by you
