You are driving the further development of the compensation and benefits landscape for Tchibo from conception to implementation. As a Center of Expertise, you develop national and international compensation concepts for all employee groups and business areas, coordinate compensation processes and advise HR as well as the executives of our departments . You carry out job evaluations and analyses and represent them convincingly against the upper management . In addition, you conduct market comparisons and analyses, first reportings and guide well-founded, pragmatic recommendations for action that meet a complex, dynamic and internationally operating trading company.

The body shall be occupied by 30 June 2028.

You have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification. You have first professional experience in conceptual work, ideally in the area of Compensation & Benefits of an internationally operating company or in consulting. You have theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methods and can safely apply them. Analytical and communicative skills as well as good presentation skills are of course for you. Your experience will be supplemented by the will to work on new topics. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
