Project Manager Controlling & Finance (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact for the operational controlling at the location and supports the location management as a commercial Sparring partner in managing the business. You analyze key figures, number of shipments, cost and customer data, identify deviations and derive concrete recommendations for action. You are developing control standards, reports and KPIs, creating transparency about the economic development and performance of the site. You participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, forecasts and planning, and ensure a reliable basis for decision-making. You recognize potential for improvement and savings, question existing processes and support measures to increase efficiency, productivity and result.

You have successfully completed an economic study with a focus on controlling or a comparable commercial qualification and have already gained professional experience in controlling. You have well-founded experience in logistics and Speditional environment and know the operational and commercial relationships of a site. You're pay-affin, analytically strong and structured. You can safely interpret data, identify relationships and prepare your findings in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner. Excel is more than one table for you: You work safely with extensive data, master common functions and evaluation options, and use Excel to create analyses, reports and decision-making bases. At the same time, you have fun developing digital solutions and processes. Knowledge in SAP and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) are a plus. It is crucial for us that you quickly work into new systems and use digital tools for your work.
