We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of sales: Senior Projekttwickler Contracting / Nahwärme (m/w/d) Project development: You develop and market sustainable contracting and near heat solutions and accompany customer projects independently from the first idea to the successful conclusion of the contract.

Customer Responsibility: Developing as a central contact for investors, engineering offices, housing companies, associations and other market partners You are relieving partnerships and opening up new business opportunities.

Negotiations: You lead technical and commercial contract negotiations to success and position Mainova as a reliable partner for innovative energy solutions.

Decision preparation: You create sound economic analysis, technical evaluations as well as meaningful decision templates and presentations for internal and external decision-makers.

Business development: You identify market potentials, initiate strategic projects and actively participate in the further development of our contracting and near heat business.

Mainova AG is subject to the collective agreement for utilities and the remuneration for this body is in the E12. In addition to 13 monthly salaries, you will receive a performance-oriented bonus as well as numerous attractive benefits.

Complete studies of energy technology, energy management, supply technology or a comparable technical discipline

Multiannual experience in project development, business development or the distribution of complex energy and supply solutions with demonstrable success

Knowledge of the development, evaluation and marketing of energy supply concepts as well as safe handling of MS Office and presentation techniques

Representative communication, negotiation and network competence

Experience in the development, economic evaluation and marketing of energy supply and heat concepts

Enthusiasm for sustainable energy solutions and excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
