First Level Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Processing and documentation of incoming support requests by phone, email or ticket system
• First error analysis and fixation in IT problems
• Redirecting complex requests to second-level support
• Support in the installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Error analysis and fixation in hardware and software

• Complete training in the IT field or comparable qualification, alternatively also cross-entry with corresponding professional experience possible
• Experience in customer service and technical support
• Good knowledge of common operating systems and software applications
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Ability to explain technical information in a comprehensible language
• German language skills (at least C1 level)
